| Short Plays - Parents & Students Needed:
Mrs Sylvia had some hard decisions of plays here. I thought of all the children in the group and tried to think of something for everyone. Decisions!! Decisions!!! I love all my WHO families so much so I picked 4 plays for now and we can see where this goes from here. Now parents you will become the directors of these plays. We will cast the parts and then your family will receive a copy of the play your child or children are in with there parts highlighted. You as the parent will be wherever your child is. Here are the plays: 1) Amelia Earhart - Flying Into the Unknown (Cast) 2) George Washington Carver - The Scientist Who Saved the South 3) Thomas Edison and Alexander Graham Bell - A Meeting of Two Minds 4) John Muir - The Father of National Parks. We will start casting Tuesday, January 12 at Westwego Gym (1200 Avenue D Westwego) I PM. These plays will be for Performing Arts Night which is tenatively scheduled for May 1,2010. |
